Meet Officer Shawn Knepper! 

You may notice him from the Ligonier Valley Police Department, he is also our School Resource Officer. Currently, he is seeking election for Magisterial District Judge, for Westmoreland county 10-3-09 PA. With a heart for public service and dedication to community, he plans to apply the law fairly and firmly with empathy and compassion. 

If you would like to help, you can donate to his campaign, or vote for him in the primary in May. He is currently collecting signatures to secure his name on the ballot. Meet J. Paul McCracken. He and his Cindie operated the J. Paul McCracken Funeral Chapel in Ligonier for 44 years until they sold it in 2020. J. Paul has been the pastor at the Fort Palmer Presbyterian Church for over 14 years and is also the Director of Spiritual and Pastoral Services at Bethlen Communities. He recently wrote a book called “Revelation, A Study of Understanding” which will be released worldwide in the coming months. He chose Tara Hassler Photography for his book cover photo.

Kokoska Family Portraits

Meet the Kokoska Family! They own Loyalhanna Estate Maintenance and do a fabulous job on my yard every spring and fall. I get a massive amount of leaves and they clean all of it up quickly! I love photographing them every year and watching Miss Kelsey grow. The stuffed animal is an exact replica of their dog Ben, who recently passed away and was Kelsey’s protector. See you next year!

B.D.’s Muscle Car Garage

December 14, 2022

This was such a FUN project! I was hired to photograph an incredible car collection. Each car (23 to be exact) had their own photo session. This included outside the car on all angles, the interior, the engine, detailed shots, and on occasion the underside and trunk. I also photographed Bill’s entire “Muscle Car Garage”. He sure has an eye for detail! Thank you, Bill Douglas, for allowing me to share some photos. Can’t wait to come back and photograph the GTO when it’s finished!
