YES! Goat Yoga IS a thing! Amie Heben, personal trainer & owner of Full Circle Goat Co. holds yoga sessions along with a few of her many goats. Nugget, the youngest, gets placed on the backs of willing participants. Seeing the smiles on everyone’s faces really made my day. The goats basically just mingle with you during your yoga session. They don’t actually jump on you, however we did witness one jump on a nearby table LOL. In the beginning of class, Amie reminded everyone that they are LIVE animals and can be unpredictable. Everyone should experience this at least once.

This particular event was held at Sweet Rust Whiskey here in Ligonier, PA. They had three goat yoga sessions in one morning and sold out all 90 spots! Afterwards, they provided a delicious brunch along with some cocktails. What a great idea!
